Thanks to Executive Home Care for providing bespoke and excellent service, at rather unexpected notice, during my recentprocedure and recovery. I was so touched by Gautam's consistent regard for my well-being and personalized care delivery. Moreover, the company provided two excellent caretakers who were very meticulous and caring. Right from getting discharged from the rehab center to providing care at home, the care and attention provided was nothing but great. They were there every step of the way and helped to smoothen out the process. I do not know how I would have done this without them. A lot of help was required and the caregivers who came over and provided care were fantastic and did an amazing job. They are always helping out and willing to do more than what was asked of them. I was hesitant at first due to fewer reviews, but this company exceeded all my expectations. Gautam provides his personal number so you can reach him anytime, and both he and Brandi are excellent with communication and always proactive. If a caretaker can’t make it, they give me a heads up and fill the gap as best as they can. The company does thorough onboarding and trains their employees very well. They were also able to get everything set up quickly despite my dad’s unpredictable discharge from the hospital. On top of that, they also created a personalized care plan for my dad that evolves as needed. His primary caretakers, Wafah and Mary, are incredible and go above and beyond while genuinely caring for my dad. While we have our regulars set, I’d definitely recommend asking for Daniel and Jamie if you’re looking for caretakers, as they’re both excellent.

Overall a 10/10. I would highly recommend this company if you’re in the area and looking for caretakers.The company is always looking for feedback regarding the caretakers to see if they are a good match so don’t hesitate to try out different caretakers until you find one that fits the best

Executive Home Care of Fairfax has made a meaningful difference in my life. My caregiver provides excellent service, is always on time, always considerate, and consistently steps in to help without needing to be asked.

As someone living with ALS and fully paralyzed, dependable care is not a luxury, it is essential. Because of the support I receive, I am able to get out of bed each day, shower, get dressed, use the bathroom, tend to my plants, and work on my computer. Without my caregiver, none of this would be possible.

I met Gautam, the owner of Executive Home Care of Fairfax when my neighbor was released from rehab and he and his company were to provide care.  To adequately describe the care and concern shown by Gautam and his team would take pages.  Gautam personally went over and above any requirements to ensure the neighbor was well taken care of.  His ability to work with difficult people who need care is remarkable.  He is a hands on executive and no job is above him.  His team is great, responsible and caring.  I would trust Gautam  and his team to care for my loved ones.

On another occasion, I recommended Gautam  and Executive Home Care of Fairfax to an elderly couple with severe mobility issues after their stay at a rehab center.  Gautam  and his team’s commitment to the safety and the well being of difficult clients  is Oscar worthy.  Without ever loosing composure, Gautam  calming switched out aides, rearranged schedules, and saw  to it that all problems were resolved without fanfare —creating a win-win situation.

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company when assisting a neighbor. They are very professional and so knowledgeable in dealing with situations that need a companion, need assistance with light cleaning and meal preparation, medication and health management, and running errands. The personnel I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating.
